Orders and Shipping
Once your order is placed, processing typically takes 1-3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location, with standard shipping generally taking 5-7 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Creating an account is easy! Click on the Sign Up button at the top of our homepage. Enter your email address, set a password, and you’re ready to start shopping with us.
To change your shipping address, log in to your account and go to Account Settings. Under Shipping Details, you can update your address information. If your order has already shipped, please contact us for assistance.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status on our Order Tracking page.
For your security, we do not store credit card information on file. Each transaction is securely processed and requires re-entry for any new purchases.
Sales tax is applied to orders in accordance with local tax regulations and will be calculated at checkout.
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping fees and times may vary depending on your location.
Whenever possible, we ship all items in one package. However, in some cases, items may be shipped separately if they are sourced from our different warehouses or if they exceed package size limits.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal and follow the steps to complete your return request.
If you received the wrong item, we apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact our support team immediately, and we’ll arrange a replacement or return.
If your order arrived damaged, please take a photo of the damaged item and email it to us at support@godfidencial.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will review the issue and help you arrange a replacement.
Once your return request is authorized, you will receive the return address in your confirmation email, along with further instructions.
